1) When a
verb ends with one of these letters, add “es”
– “ss”,

and before the “y”,
there’s a consonant* letter, replace the “y”
with “ies”
Example:

3) If
there’s a vowel (a,e,o,u,i) before the “y”

with CVC
double the last letter and adding. We don't double these letters “W, X, Y, Z”.
Example:
mix - mixing,
